My Story
My English Heritage meant that growing up there were many things that we just did not discuss.
I know my Mum had a hysterectomy, but why she had it I am not sure.
I have no idea how the menopause was for her, and now as I am in the perimenopause phase myself, unfortunately it is too late to ask her.
I studied to be a Nurse after leaving school, Menopause was never taught. Then I studied a Bachelor of Health Studies in 2015 and again menopause and the affects on the women’s body were never mentioned.
I have been on a huge journey of learning. I have undertaken many courses for the menopausal women and aimed at healthcare professionals.
.
The hormonal upheaval of the Menopause is far greater and lasts at least 10 times longer than being pregnant

"There is no way around it, you just have to go through it!"
My Mission
I understand that your journey is totally unique.
I want to create a site to offer women accessible, personalised, evidence-based unbiased information, support and advice.
To get you through your menopause journey to live the best life possible for the 30 years or more that we are post menopausal.
The goal of this website is to help share my knowledge so you can navigate your journey through menopause more smoothly and quickly than I did.
So you can make the right choices for you, your symptoms and your health.
I am not here to sell products, supplements.
I just want to provide a round up of the latest news and information from Australia, the Uk and USA.
